Gravel Pack Blender

The GOES Gravel Pack Blender is designed for reliable low-rate sand mixer operations to prevent sand production problems in oilfields. The unit blends sand and water or low viscosity carrier fluid for gravel pack slurry. It provides continuous blending of low concentration gravel pack slurries or other treatment fluids. The blender is available in truck, trailer, or skid-mounted configurations. Features include suction and discharge pumps, sand auger, mixing tub, and hydraulically driven mixing systems. Optional features include Automatic Tub-Levelling System (ATL), Automatic Chemical Control System (ACC) for liquid and dry additives, control cab, densitometer, flow meters, remote control, and data acquisition system. The unit is suitable for extreme climates from arctic to desert and tropical conditions. Optional triplex pump can be installed on the unit. Pumps can be operated manually or automatically and include progressive cavity, gear, and rotary pumps.
