Kaye Valprobe RT Flexible Real-Time Temperature Data Logger

The Kaye ValProbe RT Flexible Real-Time Data Logger is a wireless temperature validation instrument available in single, dual, and five-sensor configurations. Each logger features a 1-meter (40-inch) flexible, Teflon™-coated sensor cable with a stainless-steel tip protecting the RTD sensor. The operating temperature range extends from -85°C to +140°C. Each sensor has a storage capacity of 100,000 data points, ensuring extensive data storage and backup. The 5-channel version provides a cost-effective alternative for applications requiring multiple measurement points, such as incubator or refrigerator qualification. The flexible sensor design makes the logger suitable for sterilizer drains, SIP (Steam-In-Place) processes, and penetration studies in vials. The compact sensor allows use in most pharmaceutical applications, including penetration studies with very small vials. The logger is constructed from Stainless Steel 316L and Peek materials. Calibration is NVLAP accredited (LAB CODE 200913-0) and DAkkS certified, with automated user verification capability. The device is UL and CE compliant.
