Description:
The Kaye LTR-150 is a multi-purpose temperature calibrator designed for thermal validation applications. The instrument can calibrate up to 48 thermocouples simultaneously and offers the versatility to function as a Dry Block Calibrator, Liquid Bath Calibrator, or Surface Temperature Calibrator. The operating range extends from -30°C to 150°C with temperature stability of ±0.01°C and uniformity of 0.1°C. The calibrator features fast heating and cooling times. Thermocouple fixtures are integrated into the well, ensuring sensors are held at full immersion depth during calibration. The LTR-150 is backward compatible with Kaye Validator AVS, Kaye Validator 2000, Kaye ValProbe, and Kaye RF ValProbe software for automatic sensor calibration. The instrument is ideal for calibrating RTDs and other process temperature sensors. A 7-inch color touchscreen provides easy operation. The calibrator includes a liquid micro bath tub with sensor cage and magnetic stirrer for calibration of thermocouples, process probes, and ValProbe rigid loggers. The LTR-150 is suitable for applications including autoclaves, SIP processes, freezers, refrigerators, and incubators.
