LR 1000 Control System

The IKA LR 1000 control is a modular laboratory reactor designed for optimizing chemical reaction processes as well as for mixing, dispersing, and homogenization tasks on a laboratory scale. The system is particularly suitable for applications in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The reactor features an integrated pH sensor connection and temperature sensor connection. The base unit includes a heater at the bottom of the vessel with a maximum temperature of 120°C. A PT100 temperature sensor inside the medium ensures precise temperature control. The system includes RS 232 and USB interfaces for operation with IKA labworldsoft software. An integrated weighing function with a range of 3 to 2000 g is included. The reactor lid features standard joint fittings: 2x NS 29, 2x NS 14, and 2x GL 14 for flexible adaptation of additional equipment. The system is expandable for use with the ULTRA-TURRAX T 25 digital disperser. Safety features include an adjustable safety circuit (47-225°C) and integrated safety shutdown when the vessel or lid is removed from the base. The system achieves a vacuum of 25 mbar and can handle viscosities up to 100,000 mPas.
