Description:
STReAM is an innovative digital module for preventive centrifuge maintenance developed by SIEBTECHNIK TEMA. The system is designed to safeguard machine operation and associated production by optimizing preventive maintenance and downtime planning. STReAM digitizes machine data from centrifuge sensors and, optionally, specific process sensors. The system provides transparent and regular analysis of centrifuge operation, including live monitoring via a cloud database. Features include an IT database for operational technology, possible connection to existing cloud systems, channelized data exchange with SIEBTECHNIK TEMA, analysis and recommendations through benchmarking, and remote support in case of malfunctions. A user-oriented dashboard with a construction kit for creating custom dashboards is included. With optional cloud connection, users benefit from long-term data storage, global access via cloud portal, current documentation, notifications, and secure remote maintenance. Data sovereignty remains with the customer. The system complies with NIST SP800, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and includes regular cybersecurity audits.
