The testo 190-P1 is a CFR pressure data logger designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry to monitor sterilization and freeze-drying processes. The logger is ideally suited for tightness or overpressure testing in autoclaves and freeze-drying systems. It features high-precision monitoring of absolute pressure in the range of 1 mbar to 4 barabs. The device has a slim design with a diameter of 22 mm, making it ideal for use in tight objects or cramped conditions such as recesses of freeze-drying systems. The housing is made of stainless steel and PEEK plastic, providing durability and robustness. The battery can be changed in seconds without tools, and the logger remains 100% tight even after battery replacement. Up to 8 data loggers can be programmed and read out simultaneously via the multifunction case. The logger is compatible with the 21 CFR Part 11-compliant testo 190 CFR software, which enables 1-click report generation for full audit-relevant documentation. The system supports reading out up to 254 loggers in one validation process.
