Description:
The TPK-M U electric contact thermometer is designed to signal the achievement of a set temperature or to maintain any temperature within the operating scale in various installations. A connecting contact made of platinum wire is soldered into the thermometer capillary; the actuating contact—the lower end of a tungsten wire secured to a movable nut—can be moved by a magnet. The inserted scale plate features two scales: the upper one for preliminary setting to the set temperature, and the lower one for adjusting the setting. It operates in DC and AC circuits in spark-free mode. The permissible electrical load on the contacts is no more than 1 VA at a current of no more than 0.04 A and at a voltage of no more than 220 V. Angular version (U) with a lower part angle of 90°.
