M5-Thermo A64M Moisture Analyzer

The BEL Engineering M5-Thermo A64M is a professional moisture analyzer with a large 5-inch color touchscreen display. The device provides user-friendly access to all advanced applications and internal databases through icon-driven menus. The balance features an electromagnetic force restoration weighing system (for A64M and 163M models) with a drying resolution of 0.001%. The heating system uses a 400W halogen-infrared lamp with a temperature range of 35-160°C in 1°C steps. Multiple drying modes are available including Time mode (1-99 min), Autostop (percentage or absolute in grams), and Manual. Temperature profiles include Standard, Fast, Mild, and Steps. The device stores results with test reports and drying graphics for up to 3000 records per user. It supports up to 10 users with customizable settings and password protection. Interfaces include RS232 and USB ports for printer connection and data export/import. The optional thermometer calibration KIT (STCi-02) allows internal thermometer calibration. The device features a double case structure (aluminum inner case and composite plastic external case) for protection.
