Description:
The Vicon FANEX 524 is a CompactLine rotary tedder with a working width of 5.20 metres. It features four rotors with six tines per rotor, mounted on 500mm rotor plates. The tedder is equipped with a low-maintenance gearbox with only one grease nipple and double bearings from pinion to crown wheel for maximum longevity. The Super-C tines are made of 10mm shot-peened spring steel with 20% larger spring diameter than conventional designs. The tedder features a central adjustment device for border tedding and simple three-way adjustment of the spreading angle. Optional features include hydraulic border tedding, a reduction gearbox for night swaths, and a third wheel for improved contour following. The tedder folds hydraulically for transport.
