Description:
The HITTPAC is a robustly designed and constructed rotary-type filling and sealing machine. It is designed for easy operation and quick changeover times for various products and packing materials. Format changes can be carried out without the need for tools. The machine is highly flexible with regard to formats and is available in configurations with 1 to 4 lanes. The Ultraclean design ensures a sterilisation rate of ≥ LOG 4, backed up by a certificate. The dosing system is designed in accordance with EHEDG guidelines. Additional equipment includes an "All in one" solution for attractive product presentation (fruitlayer, fruit topping, multi-flavour layering), an inline fruit mixer, UV(C) packing material sterilisation with a guaranteed sterilisation rate of ≥ LOG 4 (certified by Fraunhofer Institute in Munich & SGS), automatic storage systems for packing materials with a storage time of up to 30 minutes, and innovative pick-and-place packing systems.
