ROTARY XL-UC

The ROTARY XL-UC is a fully automatic bucket filler that offers compact solutions in conjunction with exceptional value for money. It is highly flexible with regard to formats. The machine features a universal bucket transport system. It requires minimal space and offers higher production output compared to linear machines. Format changeover can be carried out without the need for tools. The machine ensures a high level of filling accuracy. It is available in configurations with 1 or 2 lanes. The volume range is from 1 to 20 litres. The Ultraclean version offers a sterilisation rate of ≥ LOG 4. Additional equipment includes customer-specific filling concepts, a patented universal bucket transport system, automatic storage systems for packing materials with a storage time of up to 30 minutes, a reel-fed sealing and cutting station, UV(C) technology for packing material sterilisation with a guaranteed sterilisation rate of ≥ LOG 4 (certified by Fraunhofer Institute in Munich & SGS), and a combined triple protection system for guaranteed product safety (bucket ionisation, turning of buckets by 180°, removal of foreign bodies).
