Description:
The New Holland 195 is the largest model in the box spreader line, offering a heaped capacity of 444 cubic feet (12.57 m³) with double beater configuration. It features a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tongue-and-groove floor that expands and contracts without stressing the frame and is acid- and mold-resistant. The sides and endgate are made of special steels that are four times more corrosion-resistant and twice as strong as ordinary steels. The spreader is equipped with a heavy-duty T-rod apron chain, an optional hydraulic drive for variable spreading rates, and a rotary quadrant control for apron speed adjustment. The heavy-duty axles with high-strength steel plates and spindles reduce stress on the frame. The A-frame hitch is made of high-strength, lightweight steel. The 195 has a maximum net load of 20,000 lbs (9,072 kg) and requires 100 PTO horsepower.
