The CLAAS VOLTO 1100 T is a large trailed tedder with a transport chassis, offering a working width of 35 ft (10.7 m). It features 10 rotors with 6 tine arms each. The machine is equipped with MAX SPREAD rotor technology with tine arms angled at 29.3° to the rear for increased raking performance, gentle forage handling, and clean spread patterns. Power is transferred via the PERMALINK finger clutch, which enables folding movements of up to 180° for compact transport. The T models feature a short drawbar and road transport chassis behind the rotors for narrow turning circles and speeds up to 25 mph (40 km/h) on the road. The hermetically sealed transmission runs in low-viscosity grease and is maintenance-free. Tines are equipped with fingers of equal length for homogeneous spreading. The frame features solid box sections with 0.31 in (8.00 mm) wall thickness.
