Tillage and Seeding Unit APP-6D

The APP-6D tillage and seeding unit is designed for use on all types of soil after primary tillage. It consists of a two-row rotary disc harrow with a compactor roller and an SPR-6 pneumatic seed drill. Two rows of heavy hemispherical discs (Ø620 mm) thoroughly mix the soil and crush coarse plant residues. The discs, mounted on a spring-loaded tine with a 20° attack angle and a 15° tilt angle, allow for easy penetration into any soil type. The seeder has four seeding units with 48 openers. The seeding unit rollers are driven by a computer-controlled electric motor. The onboard computer allows for counting the sown seeds, the sown area, the volume of grain in the hopper, and managing the tramline and seeding rate. The seeder fan is driven hydraulically.
