The economic feasibility of metal forming requires no proof in the face of constantly rising material prices. Die forging is a logical solution to this problem, as there is a wide range of products for which no other manufacturing method offers such raw material savings and productivity. The main customers for forgings manufactured by JSC MZSh include: JSC Minsk Tractor Plant, JSC Amkodor, JSC Bobruiskagromash, JSC BZTDiA, JSC Minsk Motor Plant, and Motorpal (Czech Republic). Our forging shop is equipped with modern forging and stamping equipment and state-of-the-art heat treatment equipment for preliminary heat treatment of forgings. Our company offers custom steel stamped forgings, sheet metal blanks with punching and shaping of profile holes.

Technological capabilities of forging production
Steel stamped forgings of the following types:
- parts of rotating bodies with a diameter of up to 250 mm, weighing from 0.2 to 12 kg;
- camshafts up to 400 mm long.
- shafts of various configurations and a thickening diameter of up to 150 mm, a length of up to 600 mm and a weight of up to 20 kg.
The timeframe for complete development of a new product ranges from 30 to 45 days.
