Trailed Boom Sprayer "ZUBR" - ZUBR 3700

The ZUBR trailed boom sprayer is designed to protect field crops from pests, diseases, and weeds by applying liquid pesticides and fertilizers. The main tank, with a capacity of 2,600 or 3,700 liters, is made of impact-resistant, frost-resistant, and light-stabilized high-density polyethylene. The 18-24 m wide "spatial truss" boom, with five to nine sections, is equipped with double-lever spring-mechanical shock absorption and a dual-pendulum stabilization system to dampen vibrations. The frame is coated with a two-component anti-corrosion primer containing zinc phosphate and polyurethane enamel. The pump is Italian-made and has a capacity of 200-260 l/min. The computer control is from ARAG (Italy). The sprayer is equipped with a 250/350 l rinse tank, a 40 l mixer, and a 15 l hand wash tank. The boom height is adjustable from 0.5 to 2.1 m. The track width is 1.5–2.1 m (for the 2600 l model) and 1.8 m (for the 3700 l model), and the ground clearance is 740 mm. It is coupled with class 1.4–2 tractors.
