K-3000 Coffee Harvester

The K-3000 is a self-propelled coffee harvester designed for high productivity and profitability in coffee plantations. The three-wheeled machine features automatic lateral slope correction of up to 30%, weighs only 7,800 kg, and has a total width of 3.20 m. The harvester is equipped with an eccentric mass shaker system with 1,170 rods, achieving stripping efficiency of up to 97%. The collector system has a minimum height of 210 mm from the ground. The machine features a 2,000-litre effective capacity coffee tank with simultaneous discharge during harvesting. Harvesting speed ranges from 0.5 to 2.5 km/h, with harvesting capacity of 14,000 litres per hour. The harvester is equipped with four cameras for precise operations: collector inlet for tree trunk alignment, right side for viewing opposite the cab, rear for reverse operations, and discharge duct for trailer viewing. The machine has a modern joystick, camera, and touchscreen monitor. The shaker system has aperture adjustment of 140 mm and rotation up to 1,000 rpm. The conveyor system uses chain conveyors with perforated metal and plastic slats. The cleaning system includes a collection plate with leaf picker for pre-cleaning and extractor fans.
