Uniport 2030 Canavieiro Self-Propelled Sprayer

The Uniport 2030 Canavieiro is a self-propelled sprayer specifically developed for sugarcane cultivation. It features a 2,000-litre spray tank, 24-meter boom, optimized weight of 8,700 kg (empty machine), hydraulic track width adjustment (optional), and 1.60 m of ground clearance. The working height of the booms makes it possible to spray sugarcane fields over 1.90 meters high. The sprayer is equipped with a 198 hp 4-cylinder diesel engine with hydrostatic transmission and automatic traction control, allowing work on slopes of up to 30% with low fuel consumption. The spray system features piston pumps of 190 liters per minute, mechanical solution agitation, 9 spray sections with nozzles and pendants designed for the sugar cane market, working in conjunction with the electronic spray control MultiControl. The cabin is located in front of the vehicle for greater visibility and safety, with air conditioning system with automatic temperature control, air suspension seat, and controllers and displays located in ergonomic positions. The chassis uses rivets and high alloy steel without welding, with independent suspension system with air springs and automatic height control.
