Description:
The Meridia 200 is a tractor-mounted planter developed for precision planting of grains. The machine uses pneumatic system technology and Precision Planting vSet2TM seed for excellent singulation and coefficient of variation, driven by electric motors with row-by-row control of seeds and section control for fertilizers. A new pressure system on seed rows comprising a set of gas springs provides constant force anywhere on planting rows for better depth uniformity. The three articulated bodies with 25-degree range enable outstanding performance in rugged terrains. The planter features high ground clearance with up to 22" cutting disks for excellent straw cutting performance. The Jacto planting monitor provides full control over seed and fertilizer rates.
