Self-Propelled Pump Unit (Pumpaggregat)

The self-propelled pump unit is designed for mobile irrigation and water supply applications. It features a sound-insulated housing with full soundproofing and side folding doors for easy maintenance access. The unit is powered by an Iveco FPT N45MSSX Tier III engine (4-cylinder, 4.5 L displacement, 100 HP / 74 kW), with optional Deutz and John Deere engines available. The pump is coupled with a Caprari or Rovatti pump. Standard equipment includes a frame tank on 2 wheels with up to 1,000 L capacity, drawbar with towing eye or three-point linkage, support wheel with crank, 2 rear support feet, soundproofing for engine and pump, and an internet-capable ID4 Platinum electronic system for automatic pressure control and monitoring. The motor protection control center (EasyMop or ELCOS CEM-250) includes electric starter with battery, tachometer and hour meter, automatic pressure regulation, pre-run and post-run time, app control, and electronic tank level monitoring with warning function. A vortex tank with automatic suction, optionally also with exhaust injector, is available. The unit features a lowered engine and pump arrangement for reduced suction height.
