The frost protection control system is designed for automated frost protection in irrigation applications, protecting crops from frost damage. The system monitors temperature and automatically activates irrigation to prevent frost formation. It is suitable for use in agriculture, horticulture, sports fields, green areas and greenhouses. The system can be integrated with Beinlich's irrigation equipment (hose reel irrigators, sprinkler trolleys, pump units) for fully automated frost protection.
Overview:
The professional fruit grower uses the frost protection control to protect the blossoms during the frost season. The flowers receive light rain for as long as the temperature is below zero. The water freezes on the flowers, resulting in a heat of solidification. This heat then protects the flowers.
Electronically controlled switching of two lines at adjustable intervals from 0 to 999.9 minutes.
