The MIWE athlet L is a fully automatic loading unit designed for deck ovens. It works autonomously on up to 3 ovens with up to 6 decks each, handling both loading and unloading operations. The system reduces workload on staff and improves operational efficiency at the bottleneck in front of the oven. It features short cycle times and speedy lateral drive that can be adapted to individual requirements. The system is designed for high throughput and can handle complex product ranges. It offers individual adjustments to suit different baking operations. The system includes precise rail guidance with automatic lubrication for lower maintenance requirements. It features a light barrier that can be readjusted easily and an optional knife edge that protects the belt when empty. The MIWE athlet L can be flexibly expanded at any time to include additional oven positions or parking positions. The system offers connections before loading or during the bake-out process, with the option to add a vacuum cleaner later.
