Description:
The EPOIG II is a washer and peeler designed for efficient washing and peeling of onions . The machine features a complete washing system with prewashing of roots, root disentangling brushes, and a full rinsing system at the peeler outlet. It is equipped with a peeling assembly with reciprocating motion for optimal results, a 5-knife root saw, and adjustable scissor blades for precise cutting. The EPOIG II offers a high output of up to 8,000 onions per hour. It has a stainless steel frame, adjustable feet, and aluminum doors on jacks on the root side and sliding plexiglass doors on the leaf side. The machine is CE compliant.
