Description:
The COUP is a leek cutter specially designed to ensure precise and efficient cutting of leeks . The machine features adjustable feet, electrically secured pivoting aluminum doors, and is entirely manufactured in stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The COUP is available in two versions: with 2 cuts (1 root cut and 1 adjustable cut from 250 to 550 mm) or with 4 cuts (1 root cut, 1 adjustable cut from 150 to 230 mm, 1 from 300 to 550 mm, and an intermediate retractable cut from 150 to 230 mm). The machine uses a double blade cutting assembly and a honeycomb belt drive. It is CE compliant.
