EPC (Cyclone Destoner)

The EPC is a cyclone destoner that uses centrifugal force to efficiently separate stones and clods from carrots and root vegetables. It ensures optimal destoning, which is crucial for the quality and safety of the final product. The machine features a stainless steel cyclone with stainless steel blades and shaft, a mechanical variator on the blades, and a stainless steel mechanical support. It includes a stone extraction elevator, a stainless steel frame, and a rubber strip with molded cleats. The EPC has two lower access hatches for easy maintenance and is CE compliant.
