The UP190 is a single-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled gasoline engine with an overhead valve (OHV) design. It has a displacement of 420 cc and produces a maximum output of 14 horsepower at 3600 rpm. The engine is intended for professional use and can operate in demanding working environments while maintaining stable long-term performance. It features a recoil or electric starter system and a stop system based on ignition primary circuit grounding. The engine uses a transistorized magneto ignition system and is equipped with an F6TC spark plug. Fuel is supplied from a 6.5-liter tank, and the engine requires 1.1 liters of SAE 10W/30 lubrication oil.
