200 kW Industrial Exhaust Gas Generator

The 200 kW industrial exhaust gas generator is a modular generating set that uses waste flue gas or exhaust gas from furnaces, boilers, kilns and other industrial processes as engine fuel instead of purchased natural gas or diesel. The unit is driven by a spark-ignition gas engine with six cylinders and a displacement of 35.7 litres, running at 1000 r/min for 50 Hz output. A dual intake system, turbocharger and in-cylinder mixing technology are used to prevent backfire and flash explosion when burning gas with high CO and H2 content. Closed-loop combustion control adjusts to changes in gas composition and pressure in real time, and an automatic control system manages unit operation. Electrical output is 200 kW at 34% electrical efficiency, with thermal efficiency of 43% and total energy utilisation of 77%. The set measures approximately 4500 x 1300 x 2365 mm and weighs about 7000 kg. It is applied in industrial plants that generate their own exhaust gas, converting a waste stream into on-site electricity and reducing fuel and waste-treatment costs. The product belongs to a modular range covering 200 kW to 1200 kW, allowing units to be combined according to available gas volume and power demand.
