The 16V190G is a four‑stroke V‑type gas generator set designed for industrial power applications. It features a 16‑cylinder gas engine with a 190 mm cylinder bore, 220 mm stroke and a total displacement of 99.75 L, employing direct injection mixing in the gas cylinder, spark‑plug ignition and electronic control. The engine is water‑cooled with forced water circulation and pressure‑plus‑splash lubrication, and incorporates turbocharging with after‑cooling for independent air and gas intake. Power is generated by a three‑phase brush‑less self‑excited generator (model JFG 5005‑6‑10500‑SAE0) rated at 938–1563 kVA (750–1250 kW) with IP23 protection and Class F insulation. Rated electrical output is 400 V/10 500 V at 50 Hz, 85.9 A, power factor 0.8 lag, and the set operates at 1000 rpm delivering 40–41 % generation efficiency. The unit weighs 19 500–22 500 kg and measures 6000 × 2500 × 2500 mm, making it suitable for stationary installation. Advanced features include a digital ignition system, remote electric control for real‑time monitoring, and an anti‑fatigue design that enhances durability under continuous high‑load conditions.
