Orchard mist blower (air blast Sprayer)

The FXS7/680 is a tractor-matched orchard mist blower (air-blast sprayer) built for chemical crop protection in fruit orchards and similar tree crops. It is designed to run from a power unit of at least 50 hp and is grouped in the manufacturer's Boom & Air Blast Sprayer range. A 600 L chemical tank supplies a pump with a flow rate of 78 L/min, delivering a working pressure adjustable between 0 and 4 MPa. Spray liquid is broken up through 10 nozzles and carried into the canopy by a 700 mm diameter ventilation fan, giving an air-assisted spray range of at least 10 m. The unit is a compact frame-mounted assembly with overall dimensions of 150 x 136 x 136 cm and a net weight of 266 kg. Its combination of a large tank, high pump output and wide fan-driven reach suits orchard rows, vineyards and plantation spraying where coverage of tall foliage is required. The pressure range of 0-4 MPa allows both fine misting for young trees and heavier, penetrating droplets for dense mature canopies.
