Description:
The YUNNEI diesel generator sets are 50 Hz generating sets with prime power ratings from 15 kW to 60 kW (19 kVA to 75 kVA) and standby ratings from 17 kW to 66 kW (21 kVA to 83 kVA). Each set couples a YUNNEI compression-ignition diesel engine with a model XYB synchronous alternator mounted on a common base frame. The engine converts diesel fuel into mechanical energy, which the alternator transforms into alternating current, while a DSE control module regulates voltage, frequency and engine speed. Engines range from the four-cylinder YN25GB rated 18 kW to the YN48GBZ rated 77 kW, with bore and stroke from 90 x 100 mm to 108 x 132 mm. The complete set is housed in a silent-type enclosure lined with sound-absorbing, heat-insulating and flame-retardant foam, giving dimensions from 1950 x 940 x 1150 mm to 2450 x 940 x 1250 mm. Standard equipment includes a dedicated starting battery, circuit breaker, air filter, starter motor, sealed refuelling port with an accessible filler, oil pressure sensors and a UK-sourced DSE controller. The sets are intended for prime or standby supply in industrial plants, commercial buildings, telecom sites, construction projects and other locations without reliable grid power. Alternators are also available in Stamford configuration, and control solutions can be specified as DSE or ComAp.

Engine and Alternator:
YUNNEI four-cylinder diesel engines (YN25GB, YN27GB, YN27GBZ, YN38GB, YN38GBZ, YN48GBZ) are coupled to XYB184 and XYB224 series alternators; the engine maker has approximately 60 years of diesel engine development experience. Generator control solutions can be supplied as DSE or ComAp, and material and spare parts can be custom-built to order.
