The 3WFX-300 is a high-efficiency suspended air-supply sprayer designed for tractor-mounted pesticide application. It features a three-point hydraulic suspension that connects to 30-90 HP four-wheel tractors without separate power units. The unit uses wind atomization technology with a high-pressure fan (600-800 mm diameter) to produce a fine mist of 50-150 µm droplets for strong adhesion and minimal drift. Available in 300 L, 400 L, 500 L and 600 L capacities, it offers adjustable spray height up to 10 m and width over 25 m, with 10-24 copper nozzles controllable by segmented or independent switches. Constructed from thickened cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating and wear-resistant copper nozzles, the sprayer meets EU CE certification for export to orchards, tea gardens and field crops.
