The 3WFX-500 is a 500 L suspended air‑supply sprayer designed for tractor‑mounted pesticide application. Its body is fabricated from thickened cold‑rolled steel plates and finished with an electrostatic powder coating for corrosion resistance and impact durability. The machine employs wind atomization technology, using a high‑pressure fan of 600‑800 mm diameter to generate a directional airflow that creates a fine mist of 50‑150 µm droplets for strong adhesion and minimal drift. A three‑point hydraulic suspension allows quick attachment to 30‑90 HP four‑wheel tractors via the PTO (6 or 8 spline), eliminating the need for separate power sources. The sprayer offers adjustable spray height up to 10 m and width over 25 m, with outflow angle and width manually set to suit orchard trees (2‑8 m) or field crops. It features 10‑24 copper wear‑resistant nozzles with segmented or independent switch control, and a reflux stirring mixing method for uniform solution.
