Black and White Mulch Film

The black and white mulch film is a dual-layer polyethylene sheet that combines a white outer surface with a black inner surface in one roll. The white face reflects sunlight to limit heat build-up, while the black face blocks solar radiation, delivering a light blocking rate above 90% and a pronounced daytime cooling effect inside the covered structure. An imported organic insulating agent is compounded into the film, which limits heat loss and gives the sheet both insulation and cooling performance depending on which face is turned towards the crop. The film is manufactured from high-quality polyethylene resin and resists high temperatures, ageing, tearing and prolonged exposure to bad weather without embrittling or pulverising. Because the black layer blocks most light, the sheet also suppresses weed growth and prevents radiation from reaching the soil surface. It is used to cover greenhouses, tunnels, mushroom houses, poultry sheds and forage stores, and it suits edible fungi cultivation, poultry farming, forage grass covering, aquaculture and cotton quilt covering. The dual white/black construction allows growers to manage temperature, moisture retention and light penetration across different seasons with a single film.
