The SAINPOLY Gothic Greenhouse is a commercial multi-span greenhouse specifically designed for year-round factory cultivation of leafy vegetables. It features a pointed roof that enhances natural thermal buoyancy ventilation, allowing hot air to rise and exit through top windows while fresh air enters from side windows. The main frame is constructed from Q235B or higher-grade steel and is hot-dip galvanized with a coating of at least 180 g/m², providing a design service life of over 15 years. Standard configuration includes spans of 8m or 9.6m, bays of 4m, eave heights of 3m, 4m, or 6m, and PO film covering for both top and sides. Climate control integrates an external electric shading screen, internal aluminum foil reflective shading, insulation curtain (Oxford cloth+cotton+Oxford cloth), boiler heating, and motorized film rolling ventilation for roof and sides. Optional upgrades include higher galvanizing with spray coating, snow and wind load resistance from 0.2 to 0.8 kN/m², rack-and-pinion top windows, fan-pad forced ventilation, and IoT intelligent control. The system maintains summer temperatures below 28°C to prevent lettuce bolting and leaf scorch, while internal thermal screens and hot water heating keep winter nighttime temperatures above 5°C. Suitable for commercial leafy vegetable production, it supports zoned environmental control and water-saving ebb-and-flow irrigation.
