Description:
UPA-brand lifting units are placed on ramps of high wellhead oil wells. The composite ramp belongs to the first category of placement according to GOST 15150-69 and is used in the development and repair of wells located in areas with a temperature regime of -45 to +45 degrees. The design of this mechanism is prefabricated and consisting of the following main parts: overpass, entry ladder, folding platform equipped with a fence, a removable ladder equipped with a railing, a platform for serving ICE. Taking into account the mechanical load on the tackle block, the composite ramp has a carrying capacity of up to 125 tf, while the mass of equipment in the complete set does not exceed 16 tons.
Overview:
The lifted equipment enters the ramp at an angle of 15 degrees. Thanks to the ramp design, this race is completely safe for the implement. The composite ramp can be operated using either a single tier - upper or lower, or both. The system design provides positioning of the serviced installation relative to the mouth, as well as the rotary base. With the help of the ramp, the cycle of inserting side trunks with an upper power drive is facilitated.
The composite ramp is quickly mounted at the place of work and disassembled if necessary, transportation to another object. The structure is transported on general roads. In the transport position, the dimensions of the equipment do not exceed the following dimensions: 2.5x2.5x10 meters.
