The screw conveyor (Figure 1) is designed to transport and remove sludge, drilling and other fluids from the loading center at distances: up to 12 meters, up to 14 meters, up to 18 meters and up to 24 meters.
Overview:
The conveyor is designed for operation in moderate climates, location category 1 according to GOST 15150-69. The screw conveyor consists of a drive gear motor and several transport sections [trough with screw (screw) on the supports].
The screw conveyor electric drive, as a rule, is unregulated, based on an asynchronous electric motor with a power of 7.5 kW. The electric drive at the request of the customer can be equipped with a current frequency converter, which reliably and optimally solves the problems of starting, manual and automatic control of performance according to the program set by the operator up to a complete stop of the electric drive.
