There are six different types of BX microscopes. All of them provide maximum accuracy and differ only in additional features. You can choose one of the configurations that meets the required level of automation and control complexity.
Overview:

The BX51 microscope, with its modular design, is designed to conduct research in both transmitted and reflected light. The BX51M is designed to conduct specimen studies in reflected light only. Both models are equipped with a BX-RLA2 light / dark-field reflected light illuminator or a BX-URA2 universal illuminator allowing fluorescence studies.

The BX51M-IR model is designed to conduct sectional studies of reflected semiconductors and the back surfaces of IC crystal housings, as well as CSP studies of crystal samples after impact tests in reflected light in the near infrared range. For research in the near infrared range is proposed: A range of 5x-100x IR lenses that compensate for aberrations from visible to near infrared; U-TLUIR vertical tube with a special 100W Hg illuminator in the near infrared range.

The BX51TRF is designed for near-infrared studies in transmitted light mode or, if necessary, studies in transmitted and reflected light.

The BX51P is a specialized polarizing microscope.
In this UIS series, the optical system provides unsurpassed quality of observations in polarized light. The microscope provides optimal compensation for optical aberrations, thereby achieving unprecedented image clarity. Designed for conducting polarization, conoscopic and orthoscopic studies in transmitted and reflected light in mineralogy, physics, geology, biology, etc. For research, we offer: distortion-free condensers, including universal, with a built-in polarizer, ultra-low magnification and Abbe condensers, free of distortion condenser with built-in polarizer suitable for all lenses; 6 different types of compensators for conducting observations and measurements at different levels of delayed light, various rotating stage tables, including thermo- and cryostolics; tube with special 100W or 30W illuminators. There are options with conoscopic / orthoscopic and orthoscopic observation methods.

All controls are balanced, executed with a great combination of efficient operation, first-class workmanship, technology and superior ergonomic qualities. Everything has been done for a quiet mode of operation and obtaining reliable results in the factory laboratory, as well as for solving scientific problems using a microscope.

The compact, ergonomic tripod of microscopes has a Y-shape, which gives them high stability, provides convenient access to switches and comfortable work of the operator.
