Dry powder - developer, white, for fluorescent capillary control, form “a” according to EN 571 part 1

• A mixture of surface-active amorphous silicic acids and calcium carbonates (not containing crystals of silicic acids)
• Canister density: 100 - 130 g / l

Application:

• To clear a surface of fungus, rust and other pollution. You can use the MR® cleaner to remove oils and fats.
• Apply a fluorescent penetrant to a controlled surface area by spraying, brushing, watering or immersing. Soak for at least 5 minutes.
• Remove excess fluorescent penetrant from the surface with water.
• Apply dry powder - developer MR81T on a dry surface (for example using an electrostatic spray or pulverizer) with a thin even layer.
• Under UV light, surface defects will appear as yellow-green fluorescent indications. Caution: If the developer layer is very thick, the penetrant indications in places of particularly thin discontinuities may not surface.

Additional Information:

• We recommend that you adhere to safety standards regarding the use of powders, as breathing can be affected by inhalation of the powder.
