Overview:

Independent body for certification (certification) of the NEC "Control and Diagnostics" carries out certification (certification) of personnel in the following areas:

1) Certification (certification) of non-destructive testing personnel at I, II and III skill levels;

2) Certification of non-destructive testing personnel in accordance with the requirements of European Directive 2014/68 / EU;

3) Evaluation and certification of personnel performing construction control (technical supervision);

4) Welding certification.

1. The independent certification body "NUTs" Control and Diagnostics "carries out certification (certification) of non-destructive testing personnel at I, II and III skill levels using the following methods:

  • radiation
  • ultrasound
  • magnetic
  • eddy current
  • penetration method
  • acoustic emission
  • visual measuring
  • thermal (only PB 03-440-02 ),
  • electrical (insulation control) (only ПБ 03-440-02 ),
  • leak detection.
A) in accordance with the Rules for certification of personnel in the field of non-destructive testing PB 03-440-02 (Rostekhnadzor) for the following facilities:
  • boiler supervision facilities,
  • gas supply systems (gas distribution),
  • lifting structures
  • equipment for the oil and gas industry,
  • equipment for explosive and chemically hazardous industries;
  • equipment for the metallurgical industry;
  • construction objects.
B) in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9712 : 2012 for industrial sectors:
  • production, including shipbuilding and ship repair;
  • control before and during operation, including production;
  • aviation and astronautics.

2. On the basis of an agreement between the NEC “Monitoring and Diagnostics” and Multitest LTD (Bulgaria), the Certification Body certifies non-destructive testing personnel in accordance with the requirements of the European Directive 2014/68 / EU for pressure equipment.

More detailed information on attestation (certification) of non-destructive testing personnel can be obtained from our specialists.

3. The certification body "NUTs" Control and Diagnostics "assesses and certifies personnel performing construction control (technical supervision) in accordance with the requirements of the Russian regulatory authorities and the provisions of ISO / IEC 17020.

More detailed information on training and certification of construction control personnel can be obtained from our specialists.

4. Welding certification

RCC “Control and Diagnostics” together with the Professional Examination Center (St. Petersburg) conducts certification of welders in accordance with the international standard ISO 9606-1: 2012 “Qualification tests of welders. Fusion welding. Steel” for the following types of welding:

111 Manual arc welding

131 Welding with a consumable electrode in an inert gas (MIG);

135 Welding with a consumable electrode in active gas (MAG);

136 Flux cored wire in shielding gas;

141 Tungsten inert gas welding;

311 Gas welding with an oxygen-acetylene flame;

Steel groups according to ISO / TR 15608: 1 - 8.

For aluminum and its alloys according to ISO 9606-2: 2004:
131 Inert Gas Fusion Welding (MIG)
141 Tungsten inert gas welding
Groups of materials according to ISO / TR 15608: 21-26

Criteria for assessing the competence of the welder: age at least 18 years; special training requirements   - the availability of training in the amount of at least 120 hours in the field of welding, appropriate health and the successful passing of a qualification exam.

A qualification exam consists of a theoretical and practical exam.

The qualification exam begins with the practical part, in which the candidate must demonstrate practical skills in preparing and assembling parts for welding, in carrying out the welding process of parts in compliance with the necessary requirements and safety rules when performing a test weld according to a given technological process map.

With a satisfactory quality of control welded joints, the practical exam is considered passed, and the welder is admitted to the theoretical exam. If the welder does not pass the practical exam, then he is not allowed to pass the theoretical exam and is considered not to have passed certification.

At a theoretical exam, a welder can be asked only those questions that correspond to the direction of his production activity and the welding method by which he is certified. If the welder is certified for two welding methods at the same time, then at the theoretical exam he should be asked special questions for each welding method.
