The automatic registration and communication unit BARS-02-R-3-P 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the block) is an element of the SADKO software and hardware complex in the implementation of the energy consumption dispatching system. Software and hardware complexes "SADKO" are included in the state register of measuring instruments under No. 26971-08 (Certificate of type approval of measuring instruments RU.C.34.004.A).
Overview:

The unit is designed to receive and transmit control information and archive data from connected metering devices, as well as information about the operation of discrete sensors for fire and security alarms installed at the facility, to a control center via GSM 900/1800 cellular communication channels in the GPRS packet data mode and Internet channels. It is possible to connect heat meters or other external devices to the unit via digital interfaces RS-485 or RS-232.
