Description:
For electromagnetic shielding in a wide frequency range from 0 Hz to 1 MHz, a tape of 82K3XSR and 84 KHSSR amorphous magnetically soft alloys is used. The highest efficiency of these materials is achieved when they are used at low and medium frequencies.
Overview:

Amorphous tape alloys 82K3XSR and 84 KHSR used without heat treatment

Alloy ribbon 84 KHSR can be further heat treated at temperatures up to 300ºС. Such heat treatment significantly improves magnetic characteristics without embrittlement of the tape.

For the manufacture of screens, the tape can be used in various ways:
in the form of a woven design;
glued to the substrate;
in several layers, etc.

The tape is supplied in non-heat treated condition.
The width of the tape is not more than 65 mm.
The thickness of the tape is up to 35 microns.
