The foundry also participated in the restoration of the pillar-monument to Dmitry Donskoy on Kulikovo Pole. All decor elements are made according to existing samples.

Decorative molding

Decorative elements made of cast iron have long been used in construction and architecture. Starting from the 18th century, both European and Russian architects have invariably used cast iron to decorate the interior and exterior of buildings.

This is not surprising, since cast iron is a durable and wear-resistant material, which also has plasticity, which allows craftsmen to make decorative elements of any complexity from it and create unique architectural details.

Over time, cast iron has not lost its popularity, despite the abundance of cheaper welded steel structures. The presence of cast iron decorative elements in the interior still bears the imprint of solidity and prestige.

The foundry of KMZ PJSC produces decorative elements for fences and buildings:

  • peaks and tops
  • overhead decors for gates and wall
  • decorative ventilation grills
  • balcony railing
  • gate, parking, lampposts
  • balusters

It is possible to manufacture any decorative elements according to sketches, drawings, customer models.

The material of castings is SCh15, GOST 1412-85.

At the request of the customer, it is possible to fill steel rods into products to simplify assembly (welding).
