Description:
A set of equipment for the extraction of high-viscosity oil UGV1-57 includes a wellhead separator, a pump NNV-57 and a packer ПМСК-140. UGV1-57 is designed for the production of highly viscous oil. To prevent sticking, the tubing is filled with saline or light oil. In this case, the pump, together with the rods and saline solution, is separated from the high-viscosity oil produced by the cuff plunger. The wellhead separator ensures that salt solution is not mixed with the produced oil, gas is removed through a conventional channel and the polished rod is lubricated.

In this case, the liquid is supplied to the collector in the usual way through the wellhead stuffing box tee. To reduce the wear of the cuff plunger, the special design of the pump ensures that there is no differential pressure across the cuff plunger. Oil is produced in the annulus. The PMCK-140 packer is designed for long-term and tight separation of the casing string, protection of the reservoir from the influence of the working environment during various technological operations.
The packer is installed in the casing by mechanical rotation of the tubing to the right, with a force of 150 kg · m, without additional load by the weight of the tubing, and is in operation for a long time. The packer locking device is located inside the housing and prevents premature operation.
The packer is equipped with a mechanism that prevents an increase in the stragging force when starting rotation to the right. The packer is dismantled by tensioning the column, with a force of not more than 5 t × s., Cutting the pin, turning to the right (about 15 revolutions) and lifting.
