Trenchless Technologies LLC was formed from the horizontal directional drilling workshop of the Phloem LTD construction and installation company, which was originally based in the city of Birsk, Republic of Bashkortostan. Over the 12 years of our work, the main wealth of the enterprise has been our specialists, trained and gained invaluable experience in the field of HDD.

The city of Birsk, as you know, is a city of oil workers, where once there was the largest drilling department in the Soviet Union, which made a huge contribution to the exploration and development of oil and gas fields in Bashkiria and Western Siberia. Unfortunately, the volume of drilling operations has declined significantly and many specialized enterprises have been left without work, including the Birskoye UBR.

We continue the traditions of the Birsk drillers and develop a new direction in drilling - horizontal directional drilling (HDD) .

We have gained extensive experience in laying communications using the HDD method at the facilities of such customers as Transneft, PJSC Gazprom, Megafon OJSC, Sotel OJSC, Salavatsteklo OJSC and many others.

Our drillers have accounted for such complex objects as numerous crossings under the rivers Belaya, Ufa, Ai, Yuryuzan, etc. up to 720 m long and pipelines up to 900 mm in diameter.

In 2010, a unique work was carried out on laying a steel case with a diameter of 1220 mm and a length of 105 m under the railway in the Orenburg region.

In addition to horizontal directional drilling, we have mastered the technology of replacing old pipelines by the method of static destruction of an old pipe while simultaneously pulling a polyethylene pipe of the same or larger diameter into it with minimal soil excavation, referred to in modern language as relining. This technology allows updating communications and making them practically eternal at the lowest cost in urban or industrial development. In addition to relining technology, our company also offers sanitation services for old pipelines by cementing the inner surface of pipes.
