Description:
MAUS Italia, in accordance with the requirements and wishes of porters, manufactures modern equipment for expanding pipes of three types, manual machines for expanding (pneumatic and electric), automatic (automatic centers for manufacturing heat exchangers) and hydraulic machines for expanding pipes, called tube expanders.
Overview:

Unambiguously, electric machines for tube expansion have greater stability of the quality of the resulting compounds compared to pneumatic ones. This is due to the differential pressure of compressed air in the factory highways when flaring with pneumatic equipment, and electric machines have feedback on the magnitude of the current on the drive motor for flaring, while in some models the torque is controlled and its required value can be set during the whole flaring process.
