Production capacity

The company's own production facility covers 2.5 hectares. This area includes a components storage warehouse, a machining shop, an assembly shop, and a welding shop. We are constantly upgrading our existing infrastructure and expanding our machine tool fleet.

Veles Crane's manufacturing facility is located on Promyshlennaya Street in Perm. Our plant has the necessary space, technical equipment, and highly qualified engineers and designers to manufacture modern and reliable crane equipment.

Main stages of production

Veles Crane is a full-cycle crane manufacturer. Crane production includes:

• Project development
• Ordering and collecting components
• Incoming inspection of components
• Machining and cutting of blanks for main and auxiliary crane components
• Assembly of individual crane units
• Assembly of the main metal structure of the crane
• Assembling the electrical part of the crane
• Setting up security devices
• Control assembly and acceptance by the Quality Control Department
• Factory testing of the crane on the stand
• Painting the faucet
• Assembly, packaging and shipment

Our equipment

Our factory utilizes modern, high-tech equipment for crane manufacturing. Metal is cut to specification using state-of-the-art laser and plasma cutting equipment. Band saws, lathes, and milling machines are used for metalworking. The main crane components are assembled on a dedicated assembly jig in accordance with GOST standards. Welding is performed using modern ESAB welding machines. All welds are inspected using visual, optical, and ultrasonic methods. The facility also boasts a state-of-the-art overhead crane test rig.

All cranes manufactured at the Veles Crane plant undergo factory testing. The overhead crane is installed on a dedicated test rig, allowing for comprehensive static and dynamic testing in accordance with Federal Standards, Technical Specifications, and State Standards. A quality control engineer checks the quality of welds, crane geometry, and all mechanisms during and after testing. Any of our customers can participate in testing of the crane ordered by their company. Factory testing guarantees the quality and reliability of the equipment before final payment is made.

Veles Crane employs highly qualified electrical technicians and engineers who specialize in the setup and commissioning of crane equipment. Our cranes are equipped with frequency converters, electric gearmotors, cables, C-profile power leads, trolleys, and limit switches from trusted global manufacturers. Electrical cabinets, their complete assembly, and factory testing are an integral part of modern crane manufacturing. Complete assembly and testing are performed in Veles Crane's electrical workshop.

Before shipping, each crane undergoes a thorough inspection and is assembled in accordance with the design and customer order. All crane components, hardware, and electrical parts are packed in special shipping crates. Packaging and loading are carried out in accordance with all applicable requirements. The crane is supplied with all necessary documentation specified in the safety regulations for lifting machinery and equipment.
