Since 2001 the Metax company mass-produces, supplies and puts into operation certified nitrogen plants of the APT - M8, M12, M30, M50, M50 series of the GONG series of improved quality and increased productivity in accordance with TU 4854 - 088 - 52813913 - 01, producing nitrogen with a concentration of 96 ± 1% vol. (fire extinguishing gas "Azoton".

The package of the supply agreement includes: manufacturing of the installation, factory tests, a set of those. documentation, packaging, delivery, warranty service. As a product of advanced innovative technology, the APT installation is a significant part of the cost of equipment necessary to create a nitrogen station as a whole.
Form of payment:
The contract for the supply of industrial and technical products with payment according to the scheme: 50% - advance payment, 50% - after shipment.
At the request of the Customer, a separate contract is concluded (about 10% of the price of the supply contract) for the commissioning, commissioning and commissioning of a nitrogen fire extinguishing station, including: field supervision of design and construction and installation works, commissioning, Customer staff training.
Delivery time:
30 - 90 days after receiving the advance payment to the Supplier’s bank account. Delivery of the installation is carried out by truck "to the door" of the customer.

The complete set of equipment for the nitrogen fire extinguishing station, supplied in a turnkey block version, includes reliable air compressors manufactured by Atlas Copco, receivers from 16 to 50 m3, a process unit equipped with lighting, heating, ventilation and fire alarms.
