Description
RTPK LLC supplies MKRR-130 kaolin wool and MKRV-200 felt manufactured by Uktus branch of Baramist-Ural CJSC. For the production of fiber, pure metallurgical alumina (99% Al2O3) and quartz sand (SiO2) are used, which allows for better product quality compared to kaolin wool obtained by melting kaolin clay with a variable Al2O3 content and possible impurities. However, the term “kaolin wool” is much more common than, say, “mullite-siliceous wool with a density of not more than 130 kg / m3”, therefore, for the purposes of search engine optimization and care for the end user, both terms are used on this page, albeit produced cotton not kaolin.
Wool and felt can be used as independent heat-insulating materials, and are also the main raw material for molded products made of mullite-siliceous fiber, as well as raw materials for refractory concrete and products made of them, heat-insulating mastics and other materials manufactured by Baramist-Ural.
