The main volume of production of insulated block containers of the Sever type is accounted for by “packaging” of diesel power plants of our own production of the Diesel Company. The reason for this is simple - it is the high cost of original container solutions for the above equipment (expensive production in Europe / USA + expensive delivery of bulky / oversized cargo to Russia + customs duties). In some cases, it is additionally necessary to reduce the impact of equipment on the environment - to reduce noise and vibration from the operation of the equipment, to eliminate the spill of operating fluids. High strength construction

At the base of each container is a rigid all-welded metal frame from a bent profile / sea container (20/40 feet). The frame is manufactured on the basis of well-developed design documentation, taking into account the necessary loads. The walls, ceiling, bottom of the container are reinforced with metal stiffeners. External cladding is made of galvanized profiled sheet with PVC coating / reinforced U-shaped panels, internal - galvanized profiled / perforated (for noise suppression) steel sheet, floor - steel corrugated sheet. In the places of installation / fastening of the equipment, reinforcing elements are provided - steel beams, stiffeners, openings. Thermal insulation of walls, floors, and ceilings is made of a special, environmentally friendly certified non-combustible material - basalt fiber boards and withstands a melting point of over 1000 ° C, is not a vapor barrier, helps to remove moisture, and maintains a microclimate. Thermal insulation also performs the function of noise insulation. Painting of metal structures is carried out in special painting and drying chambers, subject to the necessary temperature conditions - this provides high strength, corrosion resistance and durability of the paint coating. The service life of industrial block containers from the Diesel Company is at least 15 years.

The whole structure is thought out and designed in order to ensure the highest possible usability and safety. All cables, wiring, communications - are laid in special cable channels located in the floor and / or under the ceiling of the container. Optimal Functionality

We offer almost unlimited possibilities in terms of container functionality, installation of various auxiliary equipment, systems, and the development of the “internal infrastructure” of the container. Most often, the client is interested in installing a lighting system, ventilation, climate control, fire and security alarm systems, switching modules, and grounding. However, often customers order only "seats" for their own main and auxiliary equipment - and they are installed directly at the facility. We are implementing both options.
