Description:

Thomas Hatzenbichler Agro-Technik GmbH is an Austrian family-owned agricultural machinery manufacturer headquartered in St. Andrä, Carinthia. The company was founded in 1952 when Thomas Hatzenbichler began making cultivators for seedbed preparation for himself and later for his neighbors. The business is now run by the third generation. Today, the company employs about 100 people and has become a major employer in the Lavanttal region of Carinthia. The company designs and manufactures all machines in-house, with products entirely made in Austria. The product range includes tillage equipment, seedbed preparation tools, planters, seeding technology, and mechanical weed control equipment for both conventional and organic agriculture. Approximately 80% of manufactured machines are exported. The company has established a partner company in Volgograd to serve the Eastern European market and has also achieved a large market share in France.
